By creating key community partnerships, the adult and intergenerational programming has expanded and diversified under her leadership. Center Staff

The friendly staff at Generations Crossing is composed of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to care for adults, plus Teachers and Teachers Assistants for the children.  The adult staff focus on helping the participants remain active and stimulated both physically and mentally.  Goals are set for each adult in order to encourage them to achieve their maximum level of functioning.  Child care teachers are here to guide the children by allowing them to explore and discover at their own pace in order to help them reach their fullest potential.  They provide an intentionally planned learning environment where children’s natural sense of wonder and curiosity are cultivated through the learning tools of exploration, play and discovery.  Our Intergenerational Program Coordinator works with both centers to foster socialization, interaction and relationships across generations.
