Executive Director (left)

Jeannette Suter began as Executive Director in January 2005. Jeannette received her Bachelors of Social Work and Master’s in Public Administration from James Madison University. Most recently she worked for a local skilled nursing facility as the Admissions Director.

Program Coordinator (right)

Lolly Miller is currently contracted through RMH Wellness Center to supervise Bridgewater Retirement Community Wellness services.  She comes to Generations Crossing while continuing her involvement at Bridgewater Retirement Community.  She has a Certificate of Gerontology from James Madison University, and an undergraduate in Elementary Physical Education.  Lolly is eager to develop intergenerational programming for Generations Crossing.  Her fun and interesting activities keep participants active throughout the day!

Center Staff

The friendly staff at Generations Crossing is composed of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.  A ratio of one staff member to every six adults is upheld at all times, in accordance with licensing regulations.  Staff members are all dedicated to the adults they serve, providing a warm welcome as soon as participants arrive at the center, taking the time to get to know each participant, and working to ensure that all participants remain safe, involved, and content throughout the day.

The Generations Crossing staff is dedicated to the mission and purpose of the organization.  Two staff members, Registered Nurses Jeanne Troyer (l) and Leanna Rhodes (r) have been with Generations Crossing since its opening in May 2002!
