Adult Care

Our Program offers a friendly and stimulating environment for adults unable to be alone during the day. Hot meals are served and daily medications are administered. Participants enjoy the company of other adults, the support of a nursing staff, and the joy of visiting children, as well as a variety of planned activities. 



Our program celebrates the richness of each generation by: 


• Helping participants remain active and stimulated both physically and mentally



• Encouraging participants to achieve their maximum level of functioning



• Fostering socialization, interaction, and relationships across generations



• Providing support and education for families and caregivers



• Serving as an integral part of the community network of resources for adults, children, and families.

Our Adult Care Program Serves:

• Persons 18 years and older


• Persons who require supervision and assistance with daily living


• Persons with health issues such as: 


− Alzheimer’s Disease/Dementia


− Stroke/Cardiovascular Disease


− Diabetes


− Multiple Frailties or Impairment

Special Features:

• Participants may attend a few days each week or every day


• Serving families in Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and surrounding counties.

• Licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services
